In order to put merchandise on layaway, come in to your local store and pick out the items you want.

How It Works

Make Payments

Payments of at least $10 are required every two weeks. Payments can be made by coming into the store or sending them via mail and can be made using credit/debit, cash, or check.

Take Home

After your final payment has been made, please give us a minimum of four weeks notice to ensure your order is in stock. Once the merchandise arrives, you can choose to pick it up or have it delivered.

What is free layaway?

Layaway accounts allow our customers to guarantee the price of ordered merchandise by making bi-weekly payments.

Final payment is due within 24 months.
Note: putting items on layaway does not guarantee the merchandise being held at the American Freight store; instead, it guarantees the price.

What is same day delivery?

For all in-stock items, same-day delivery is available for your convenience.

Pick Out Items

If you purchase an item that is currently in-stock, same-day delivery is avaliable. If you purchase an item that is not in stock, it will be delivered to you at your convenience after it arrives at the store.

Prepare Home

Your items will be ready for you to take home when they become available after your payment. We can connect you to contracted delivery drivers so you can get your products stress free!

Pay Delivery Team

Customers are responsible for paying the subcontracted drivers the delivery fee when they arrive with their furniture.

Delivery charges are not refundable. The delivery fee will depend upon where you are located--your local store can advise you of the specific costs for your area.
